AERIAL Silks

Have you ever wanted to give aerial silks a go? This is your chance to fly!

These classes build upper body strength, core strength, flexibility and stamina - not to mention the impressive tricks learnt along the way!

We start with Level 1 Beginner and then progress on to Level 2 (10 week courses).

FAQs

Do you offer 1:1 lessons?

Yes! We offer private dance, circus and aerial lessons for all levels. Private lessons are a great way to just give it a go, or (for those pros out there) to perfect your form and technique. (can be 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3)

What do I bring to class?

Bring a drink bottle filled with water.

For all aerial classes, we recommend wearing long pants or tights. You will be going up-side down, so wear a tight fitting top, or a t-shirt that can be tucked in. We work hard, so you may choose to bring a gym towel and your own yoga mat if you have one.

What if I miss a week?

When you register for a block course, you’re committing to the weekly classes specified. We’ll be sad to miss you if you have to miss a week, but we’ll do our best to help fill you in. You can keep your strength up by doing some basic exercises (e.g. planks, sit ups, push ups) at home when you can.
